Known for pioneering Agile adoption in Eastern Europe, Amir has guided start-ups, multinationals, and public sector organizations through successful transformation journeys. Whether he's coaching leadership teams, mentoring Scrum Masters, or fostering systemic change, Amir’s focus is always on long-term agility, inclusive collaboration, and measurable business value. His contribution to the community includes mentorship, thought leadership, and founding one of Romania’s first Agile user groups.
Experience
Amir is a seasoned Agile Coach, trainer, and transformation leader with a unique global footprint. With more than 20 years of experience in project and program management, Amir transitioned into the Agile space over a decade ago and quickly became known for his ability to unlock organizational agility through human-centered coaching.
Over the years, Amir has worked with companies of all sizes—from early-stage start-ups to multinational corporations—spanning industries such as transportation, IT infrastructure, telecom, software development, banking, and public service. His reputation as a trusted advisor stems from his hands-on, outcome-focused coaching approach that blends strategic agility with psychological safety and clarity of purpose.
Amir is also a certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), and Certified Scrum Professional. He has served as a review team member for Agile coaching certifications, volunteered on global event planning teams, and mentored women in Agile initiatives. His pioneering work led to the creation of “Agile Coaching and Beyond,” the first Scrum Alliance User Group in Romania.
